Tucson Premium Outlets is a 39.5 acre premier outlet shopping center made up of nearly 100 stores located within the Marana Center, a 170-acre mixed-use commercial center at Twin Peaks Road and Interstate-10 in Marana, Arizona.

As a subcontractor to Chasse Builders, Borderland performed the site earthwork, pad establishment, and paving to serve the property.
