Miramonte at Glenn is a residential infill development located in midtown Tucson, providing 34 new single-family residences on approximately 4.5 acres.
Borderland Construction constructed the site infrastructure including earthwork, grading, utilities, storm drain facilities, and paving. The utility work was especially detailed as numerous pre-existing service lines were abandoned and/or relocated to make way for the new development.
